Biography

Rose-Marie Chaperon founded S.H.E.N.A HAITI early in 2006 to make a difference in the lives of those who are less fortunate. Rose-Marie has significant experience in Patient Access and Patient Financial Services. Prior to her position with S.H.E.N.A Haiti, she was a Revenue Cycle Director with one of the largest I/T Revenue Cycle companies in the country. She also has significant experience in process redesign. In her career, Rose-Marie has worked with both small and large non-profit healthcare organizations. Rose-Marie holds a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Management and a Master in Healthcare Administration.
